I believe the easiest type of unemployment would be seasonal unemployment because you still have your job it is just based on seasons
2. someone with a family would probably want to stay away from cyclical unemployment because theres a risk you can be laid off with no notice, this would be destructive because they have a family to care for a to have a job one second and lose it another can leave a family with little money until that person finds a new job which may be difficult in that field in the first case 
3. 1-  seasonal unemployment because there are certain months to perform job
2- frictional unemployment because she has worked but stopped due to certain events but will return in the future
