         <description><![CDATA[<div>The square is formed by a large central area surrounded by streets on three of the four sides, and by the stairs that lead to the National Gallery on the other. The streets that cross the square are part of the A4 highway, and, before 2003, the vehicles could circulate around the whole square.</div>]]></description>
