As I was in the gym one day this week, I saw another person working their triceps just as I was. Although we were working the same muscle, he was using an exercise I had not seen before. In conclusion I utilized Active learning well to observe how he was doing this exercise, so that I could too.
Also, my roommates and I went ice skating this week. None of us actually knew how to, we just actively learned by observing those who knew what they were doing. Although we were off to a start, it was not exactly good.

After I had observed the methods that I saw others using while Ice skating, I tried to make sense of it. I came to a conclusion that by tilting my ankles out while pushing, I would gain more speed than if i picked up my feet to push. This conclusion worked well.
Before my first time in my Teaching/Learning Elementary course, I did not understand why it had to be three hours long. However, after being in the class and reading the syllabus, I quickly came to build the theory in my mind that with the amount of material in the course it is entirely reasonable to be there for three hours.

In my teachinlg/ learning Elementary course our professor asked us what our "why" is for teaching. To this I was Intentional (Goal-Directed/Regulatory) learning by stating that I just want to make people smile and have fun.
If someone was to ask me why I am taking the Elementary Logic course, I would explain to them that I am taking the course as It is a goal of mine to acheive a minor in Philosophy by the time I graduate.

In my Elementary Logic class this week, we were introduced to arguements and their anatomy: Premise, Conclusion. At first we avtively learned by observing the examples. After this we Constructively learned by coming to understand arguements when at first we had only seen an example without understanding why.
Also as I was in the gym this week, I noticed someone wearing wrist wraps. Although I had always seen wrist wraps and been told to use them, I had never understood their use. After this I asked my roommate about them and she explained very well that they are to lock your wrists in place to avoid damage.

When at work this week, we had to re-arange most of the department. To figure out how to do this, my co-workers and I collaborated very well on how to move the shelving and product around to look more stocked up.
In my Foundational/Exceptional Learning course we took polls on what we thought were the biggest issues in the education system today. To reach the results we all collaborated with our own thoughts and came down to four top priority issues. When collaborating we made fast progress and shortened our time dramatically.
