         <description><![CDATA[<div>I created a set of questions for the student to answer to help him/her with the thought process prior to starting the project. I started doing this in the upper level art to help me see if where I thought they were at in a  standard/technique is where they thought they were at in this standard/technique.</div>]]></description>

         <title>PLC Standards </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Currently we are working on our Standards and finding the ones that are relevant to our students.&nbsp;These are some of the standards that we have gone over and started working on. The ones that are red are the ones that do not apply while the others do. Also, there are pink and blue squares in the document. The pink are the high and the blue is for all. This is important before we can move forward because some of the standards that we have are too high for our students. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Project-Specialized Cells</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When creating the project for specialized cells I went back and forth with several different ideas but after discussing the project during PLC I came up with a combination that worked but I still need to tweek it for the next time I assign it. Students didn't come to me for the check offs like I thought they would since this was used during my honors class. I grouped the students based on a pre-assessment which seemed to work well but several groups didn't finish their project and I couldn't take points off for students who didn't do there part because I only had 1 or 2 groups come to me for the check off about who was completing what tasks. ext time I will print out the check offs and make them part of the grade.</div>]]></description>
