To become a viable manager, we must level out the playing field and get employees involved, managers are no longer the lonely top ruler of the roost, good managers are building teams. Employee's are not looking for a long term drag it out, wait and see future with a company, they are looking to learn and grow and if you can't give it to them, they will go elsewhere.
