It might be a good idea to have a cool down corner, perhaps in one of the study carrel desks although things have been pretty calm in my library so far but it was something I had in my classroom and it gave a structure to cooling off and provided a comfort to those who needed it.

I have been having a weekly meeting with my clerks to share my vision or things I want to see happen and I always ask them for suggestions but I think I will add asking them about how people might be reacting to their own trauma and what programs or services we can offer to help their trauma heal some.
