Constructed using the DLI template, its development was guided by a conscious adherence to Gagne's nine events, known for their effectiveness in facilitating learning and focusing on the learner while emphasising the educational journey.

With a specific focus on Module 1, titled "Introduction" , the wireframe clarifies the planned progression of lessons, particularly focusing on the sequential flow of Section 1, which delves into Recruitment Theory, and Section 2, which explains the Process Overview.
