During those sessions we will be collaborating, sharing and  building relationship. These will be done in 3 stages:

Stage 1 - Getting acquainted/setting norms/building trust:  At the beginning of the first session I will tell clients that I am there to support, and will explain that I will be nonjudgmental when they share to build trust. 
Stage 2 - Working together to accomplish individual and group goals:  During the sessions we will work together as a group to establish short term goals and long term goals. In order to accomplish the goals, we will be writing down the goal, and we will set a deadline to achieve it.                             Stage 3 - Ending the Group: The group has to come to an end after the 6-8 weeks. During the last sessions is important for students to realize that after this session they are by themselves.
