School takes up a lot of time in my life and I feel like I can't miss anything, because if I do I will have to make it up at home. It is really hard to do this because I already don't hve a lot of time at home, and I feel as though I don't have time to relax. I would rate this a 6/10, because it pushes me to work harder, but takes up a lot of time.

I have a lot of activities I have to do after school. I have Soccer, Karate, Piano, and Guitar taking a lot of time. It is a type of Eustress in my life, with my coaches and instructors encouraging me to work harder and push myself to do my best. Their encouragement helped me push myself to work harder. I would rate this a 2/10, because while it may seem overwhelming at first, it will only help you succeed later on.

My older sister and I fight a lot, and I want to do the best I can because I don't want to make a fool of myself in front of her. I feel like I have to make everything perfect just to gain my sister (and my peer's) approval. I rate this a 3/10, because while it can be stressful at times, it doesn't really affect me as much as other stressors do.

I get a lot of homework from the multiple different courses I take. I don't usually get to finish the work in class, and I have to finish it at home. It takes around an and a half to finish all my homework, and it makes me feel as though I have no time to myself. I would rate this an 8/10, because I spend a lot of time on homework, and I am always stressing whether I am prepared or whether I've done everything I need to do.

They can calm you down and cause you to relax and feel better. One way I like to do this is by listening to white noise. It can calm me down and let me think of better ways to deal with my stress.

One way to deal with stress is with Emotional awarness. When I use emotional awareness, I feel as though I am getting something off my chest. I may not be talking to another person, but It can still help to talk to something. Another positive of this is that when you talk to something inanimate, they can't tell anybody. One way I do this is by journaling about my emotions. It feels as though I am telling someone how I am feeling, causing me to feel better about my stressors.

If I could walk in my hero's shoes, I would walk in the shoes of Walter White. Throughout the show; Breaking Bad, Walter faced a lot of stress. He handled the stress well, and was able to succeed in the end. Adding on, when he was diagnosed with Cancer, he didn't give up and be depressed for the rest of his life. He made sure that his family was prepared after he died. In his shoes, I would be confident and strong during the most stressful of situations, and be able to keep myself calm and grounded when I am frustrated or stressed.
