-Jay said Adnan said he was going to kill Hae if he didn't help him burry Hae's body, but a couple days later Adnan drives Stephanie and Jay to a party and drops of Jay first after the party.
-Don's mom is his alibi and the manager of LensCrafters 6pm to 1:30am. 
- Don had scratches/bruises on his arms.
-Jay was led by the police.
-No DNA testing/ When  tested there were no matches to Jay or Adnan.
