i always got interest in cooking since young and always wanted to be a chef and when i heard abt this course i knew that it would be the oke i wanted to pursue as it could lead to being a chef & there’s more hands on to learn more skills

i expect to be more confident & learn to overcome challenges

i want to aim for higher gpa and go to poly to get my diploma

I selected culinary arts because it has been my dream since I was in Primary school, to be a chef and open up my own restaurant outside of Singapore.

To gain more knowledge of the kitchen, skills and confidence when handling the works in a kitchen.

since young ive had interest in the culinary industry, from then on i tried to do simple dishes at home that ive learnt in sec sch and online

i expect to step out of my comfort zone in the kitchen

Firstly, I would not have joined Culinary Arts even if I were eligible for the course, I would place it a the bottom of my list of courses. My results weren't good, given 12 courses in ite without even being eligible for most of them. I never appealed because my mother wanted me to become a chef. I have 0 passion for this course

I expect that this course can bring me a sense of responsibility and maybe even a sense of passion in this future of mine

I'm aiming to make myself the least bit better at everything within this next 2 years. Friendships, something career wise maybe, education, mentality. I want to simply be able to say, "I've done well"

I chose this course to learn how to cook for my family and to make fancy dishes from time to time. From young ive always been passionate about cooking food. I want people to enjoy the dishes i make as well as to have a chance to experience something that never tried before.

I expect to cook dishes that usually are hard to cook and get a good gpa for my course.

I used to like cooking back when I was younger but my interest has changed over the years. This course was one of the only courses I was eligible to take as my results were not good and despite this course being my last option, I still got picked.

I want to continue studying at Poly after completing my 2 years.
