Answering this question on education and racial diversity will lead to a thorough investigation. We will begin our research by brain storming, doing preliminary research and discussing our thoughts as a group. In order to be organized, we will take many notes and create lists of sources. Like our research question, our plan could change. However if it evolves i'm sure it'll be for the better. All of this planning and organizing will help us come up with a logical conclussion or judgement.
- Ashley

Gifted programs are special classes or teaching used for students who learn quicker and more efficiently than their peers. Gifted students are divided into 5 groups of giftedness them being, intellectual, academic, creative, artistic, and leadership. These groups determine a gifted student's strengths and weaknesses that educators focus on in improving their learning experience and potential. Said gifted programs are contained with challenges and open windows for gifted students to aim for and use. Many of these said challenges are given to them as "early learning" toward different points of view. Gifted students tend to be more rewarded than their other peers. Such as given excursions, awards, and opportunities to advance their early learning in general to increase their IQ.

Since 1990, the state share of school funding typically has hovered between 54% and 61%, with the local share between 32% and 36%. These shares vary across school districts. Most of the money for public education in California comes from two big sources: state income taxes and property taxes. Taxes power the education system, as well as many other functions of government.
