I hope to explore research to find an answer during the summer term!</li><li>I do feel, however, that student cognitive load will differ. Knowing if it is decreased or increased, however, may lie with their comfort with technology, the media used, and the subject matter itself.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wonder if student engagement and motivation to complete assignments (in-class and homework) are affected when given a choice to produce a physical or digital product.</div><ul><li>I saw that students, through technology, are able to produce products that provide them multiple means to show their understanding.&nbsp;</li><li>This, in turn, increased motivation and engagement!&nbsp;</li><li>I saw this in research and through the discussion posts of other fellow classmates that researched similar questions.</li></ul>]]></description>

I hope to explore research to find an answer during the summer term!</li><li>In my personal experience, my students seem to prefer direct instruction first before being tasked to go explore something. They want to have a frame of reference before trying to construct an understanding.</li><li>This may tie-in with growth mindset.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wonder if students grasp material on a deeper level when working in groups.</div><ul><li>I saw that students, working cooperatively, are able to tackle material on a deeper level by leveraging each other's assets.</li><li>Most notably, employing strategies like project-based learning or jigsaw-style activities within instruction allows all students to contribute.</li><li>Also worth mentioning is the emphasis on a growth mindset, which in itself is important for increasing motivation and engagement with material (leading to increased achievement).</li></ul>]]></description>
