Exhaustion is when someone is getting tired or getting used up. This can be deadly and dangerous because in these times they barely knew how to deal with this, so if you have no energy left it can cause a heart disease and can cause much pain to the point where it is unhandleable to where you end up dying.

There were many problems with people being cold and starving. I would try my hardest to warm up my body by using my mouth and warming up my hands, face, and even my clothes even if this would be hard to do I would still try my hardest to get my body the warmest.
