1. Definition: Acts carried out intentionally which are generally considered harmful or dangerous to society and are clearly defined, prohibited and punishable in criminal law.
2.The first point is that the perpetrator has violated an act that is not permitted by law; the second is that his or her conduct is socially harmful and seriously affects the social order and the interests or physical health of others
3. Committing a crime violates social laws, while deviant behavior violates social norms and rules.

4. I believe that the definition of crime is objective because the act of committing a crime can be analyzed from an objective point of view and people need to use the law to judge whether their actions constitute a crime
5.Russia made abortion legal for any reason in 1920, but it banned abortion again in 1936, then ban was lifted in 1955 and abortion access has remained open ever since.
6.Gambling is illegal in China, but people are allowed to gamble in the United States.

1. Crime implies a violation of the law and is an immoral and unreasonable act.
2.An offender is one who commits an act that does not conform to the norms of criminal law. In a general sense, the term 'crime' can also refer to a breach of morality, or an act that is so serious a breach of social morality that it is not generally tolerated by society. A person convicted of a crime is a sinner or criminal.
3. Transgression means a deviant act that violates social norms. A criminal act is a transgressive act. A criminal act must be a transgressive act, but a transgressive act is not necessarily a crime.
4.Yes, because a crime is an act that is a real danger to society; if there is no objective act, there is no crime; if the penalty is based solely on the subjective malice of the perpetrator, the distinction between law and morality is confused.
5. In China there used to be a law that it was illegal for men and women to cheat, but it has been repealed since 1994.
6.For example, marijuana is legal in the United States, but in China it is a criminal offence if you smoke it.

1. Crime is when people do some illegal things that are harmful to the society or someone and can be published by the government by using law.
2. I will consider if it corresponds to ethics, will it cause danger to the society or human beings or even living things. Also, the motivation will be considered.
3. Deviance is doing something that affect the city appearance while crime is harmful to the society.
4. No, they are subjective. Because some of the cases are very special. Like killing people, if one of the parents have special diseases, and it can be solved in a short time, for them it is very painful, and he/she wants us to end their life, did it break the law? So crime and deviance are objective, and it also base on which position and situation at that moment.

5. The rate of increase in crime has been faster than the increase in population.
6. Having guns is not legal in many countries apart from the USA.
