How can I incorporate all of the things that make me happy into my picture?

I should add more elements to the piece. 
Maybe I can use a different medium for my art work. (At the same time I want to keep it looking realistic)

How can I vary the colors I use in the picture?

 

3. How will you incorporate the feedback in your piece?   
I will play around with different mediums and look to incorporate all of the things that make me happy into my picture.
