My team has done well during the performance as our bangs were in sync for most of the performance in front of the secondary 1 students. Also, we also done well in persevering for performing for 16 groups. even though we met quite a few challenges, like the secondary 1 students schedule were overrun by 30 minutes, each of us still performed our roles well. 
2. One area I would like to improve is when I turn 180 to face the correct side, i am able to bang at the same time without wobbling. My team has done well for our drills as we were able to improve tremendously before the CCA orientation day and we were able to learn the fancy drills quickly. Our bangs were quite in sync during our performance. We also didn't give up and performed for all 14 groups. 
2. I think we can improve on our  synchronization and the loudness of our bangs. That being, talking to the sec 1s was fulfilling as it was my first talking to them personally and not to their parents like open house. One thing we can improve on was I think decorating the board with more pictures, as pictures always speak a thousand words. Even though at the last practise session the drills still weren't that synchronised, we all tried our very best on the actual day and looked very smart even though we made a few mistakes here and there. 

One thing I would like to improve on is my introduction for the drills showcase. I would improve on getting the Sec1s attention as sometimes they do not really pay attention and keep talking among themselves. I could do things like politely tell them to listen to the person talking as they were in the front and talking. However when classes started to come I felt that things were running rather smoothly and I wasn't as nervous or anxious as I was when I was writing my speech. Moreover I felt that as I go around the booths the juniors did really great they weren't as hesitant or as soft as they were during rehearsals.

Even when we had made mistakes on our poster/needed to cut short the script while speaking, we did our best to just improvise and go with it. I may not have been the most confident, but seeing Zi Qi be so sure of herself and so motivated in front of the Sec 1s made me want to be as inspiring as her. Me and Jeyvian feels as if we shouldn’t have made the title of our poster to be “ GB camp history “ as it didn’t really made sense to majority of us even though our original plan was to catch the Sec 1s attention through the title.  An area i would like to improve on is having more eye contact, make the sec 1s pay more attention to what we have to say and speak louder. I feel that some of the sec 1s wasn't really paying attention and sometimes they were interupting. I felt like it may be my fault as maybe I wasn't loud enough and they couldn't hear. Also, most of the time i was staring at the board.
