-establish a good habits daily 
-improve your relationships 
-keep a positive actitude
-be aware of what you want to do

You can be inspired by other people, with other stories  of self-improvement that tell about all the difficulties

we should believe in our own ideas, thinking about we can change the world,  all of us are capable of thinking to improve our lives, we should trust in ourselves, believe everything will be well, we need help at the people in general with our ideas, these have to start because these are our dreams, we have to develop our thoughts, we have to beat our fears and overcome our frustrations if we want to get ahead, and we can change our ways to think for  our life, a lot of people have said "believe in your dreams" this is a correct statement because that is the reality, the life is based in our own thoughts about our ideal life, if we say that we will do well, that will be so, but if we are bitter and discouraged and we say that will do bad, that will be so, because we are decided the things, we must be  optimistic people, MUST is the correct word, Life is like an Ice cream if we don´t eat it, it will melt, that is a big example because that is the reality,  everything we say or do becomes true, We Can, the firts letters, W is well, wonderful, wise, etc. and C, C is calm, confident, curious, etc. good adjetives.
life is based on our behaviours and our effort to achieve some dream, the bible says that whatever we sow, we will reap and that is the way it is. We must face the world, we must never lose our dreams and hopes, we can think big and we can make it happen, success is achieving what we want and effort, we are important like any other person and with or without money, we will achieve our dreams.

 We can compare this with the story of Jack Ma, Alibaba's
creator; he's a person that we can really call "genius", but this
genius he is now, is made based in what we are programmed to think is the
"key to success"'? Answer is not, he didn't go to a prestigious
university, and he didn't study one of those careers that we use to think are
profitable for monetary and professional realization. He was a teacher with an
idea; eventually, that idea became a dream. He say that people around him
didn't believe in Alibaba project; and those people weren't just businessmen he
went for an accord to invest; those people were his family too. So, he said "If you don't have money,
don't worry; money follows people, and people should to follow a dream". Then, we start to think in what really matters to
be successful, in what really matters to meet ourselves, and what really
matters to be, to exist. Do you have a dream?
 
 So now, is when you have to feel what you want, to see how
that thing looks in a few years. Do not content, make everything that is
against you turn in your favor; surprise those people who didn't believe in
your projects, because that is how it is: opportunities don't just appear in
front of you of nowhere; opportunities can be created with effort, and with
