Most organization have 3 major unresolved knowledge issues, first being knowledge silos or knowledge that only resides and benefits the one near the key team members. The second issue is groundhog day approach to resolving issues, questions are asked multiple times on the same problem in different parts of the organization, resulting in a duplicated efforts, all caused by not sharing the knowledge known leading to wasted time. The last issue is the need to increase comm and collaboration accross the team. Fuse resolves these issues with 2 phase. First being a 10 minute survey asking a specific questions to map what knowledge is needed and the person which has the knowledge needed. The knowledge then transformed into a video or other media, and can be viewed by the other organization members. The second phase is launch, culture and changing habits where knowledge are distributed within fuse. All of this method resulted in up to 20% productivity gain for the organization.
