         <description><![CDATA[<div>The cross-functional team at Forgemasters has been through different stages, including forming, storming, norming and performing.<br><strong>Forming</strong>: they first discussed the unresolved problems<br><strong>Storming</strong>: some operations staff refused to work with staff from other departments.<br><strong>Norming</strong>: big decisions are made by group agreement, and they started socialising together.<br><strong>Performing</strong>: They achieve the goal set at the beginning. The productivity and morale of the team drastically raised.</div>]]></description>

There were three functional groups in Forgemasters, such as marketing, finance and operations. At the beginning, Suzanne decided to get there different groups thoughts and ideas. In Forming stage, team members are usually excited to be part of the team and eager about the work ahead. In Storming stage, members discover that the team can't live up to all of their early excitement and expectations. In Norming stage, members making a conscious effort to resolve d problems and achieve group goal. In performing stage, the team makes significant progress towards its goals.</div>]]></description>
