Ja, es gibt Kinder, die jetzt benachteiligt werden, vor allem aus bildungsferneren Familien. Um die muss man sich kümmern.

Doch es gibt auch etliche Gewinner:

Schüchterne, Stille, Gemobbte, Unkonzentrierte, die plötzlich aufblühen und überraschend gute, sorgfältige und regelmäßige Rückläufe abliefern.

Ich sehe bei meinen Schüler*innen im Moment mehr Gewinner als Verlierer.

Das Gute ist: Um letztere kann ich mich bei weniger Gesamtaufwand sogar persönlicher kümmern: Mit Nachfassmails- und Anrufen, Einzelcoachings per Videoschaltung usw.

Das bedeutet natürlich, dass ich für die Schüler*innen kurzfristig erreichbar sein muss. An Schultagen innerhalb weniger Stunden. Ob per Mail, Zweithandy oder Sprachbox ist eher zweitrangig.

Das heißt, dass man Mails besser direkt an die Schüler schickt (die Eltern sind meiner Erfahrung nach dankbar dafür!) und den Schüler*innen Möglichkeiten gibt, die Lehrperson direkt zu erreichen: Z.B. über E-Mail (natürlich nicht über die private!) oder Telefon; es gibt z.B. kostenlose Voicemail-Boxen im Internet oder man benutzt ein Zweithandy.

Und das Material holen sich die Schüler*innen ohnehin selbst auf einem Portal ab (siehe 3.).

Dort können die Schüler*innen laufend nachsehen, was es Neues gibt. Oder auch mal einen Tag pausieren. Man kann Arbeitsblätter als Word oder Open-Office anlegen oder – falls man sich die Mühe machen will – sogar als ausfüllbare PDF-Formulare.

Und selbst wenn man Arbeitsblätter verschickt, sollte man die Schüler*innen auffordern die Antworten im Heft, auf Blättern oder als Textdatei zu erstellen zu machen und diese (bzw. Fotos davon) zurückzusenden.

Was man oft vergisst: Die Schüler*innen haben ja im Regelfall schon Bücher und Arbeitshefte. In anderen Fächern ist die Auswahl auch enorm, man hat oft die Qual der Wahl.

Täglich kommen etliche neue Plattformen und Edutuber dazu – vor allem seit wir alle Distance Schooling machen. Viele Kolleg*innen geben die Inhalte, die sie für ihre Schüler*innen erstellen, für alle frei.

Außerdem haben die Schüler*innen in der Regel gute Schulbücher und Arbeitshefte.

Für neue Inhalte greife ich daher meist auf diese bereits vorhandenen Ressourcen zurück. Zwar haben Lehrvideos ab und zu Ungenauigkeiten oder sogar Fehler. Aber das kann man nutzen und thematisieren.

Besprechungen von Arbeitsaufträgen und Hausaufgaben mache ich aber persönlich mit der Dokumentenkamera. Dabei kann ich auf typische Fehler eingehen, die ich in der Rückläufen gesehen habe. Und die Schüler*innen hören meine Stimme.

Die Aufträge lade ich jeweils drei Schultage vorher hoch, meist sogar früher.

Ich weiß, dass viele Kolleg*innen lieber ein Paket pro Woche schnüren. Das mache ich bei meinen 7. Klassen in Physik auch so, aber das ist nur ein 1-stündiges Fach.

Ja, es gibt Kinder, die jetzt benachteiligt werden, vor allem aus bildungsferneren Familien. Um die muss man sich kümmern.

Doch es gibt auch etliche Gewinner:

Schüchterne, Stille, Gemobbte, Unkonzentrierte, die plötzlich aufblühen und überraschend gute, sorgfältige und regelmäßige Rückläufe abliefern.
