Through this I learned how to successfully communicate with my peers and coaches. At my job at the YMCA, I am a Gymnastics instructor and a camp counselor. This is one of the biggest issues where I work because others do not know how to do this very well. Another necessary thing to have is a consistent good attitude. When you are working with others or leading, it is important to be encouraging and engaged in their progress.
