It was my first day of internship at Kulim Hospital.

I was given an exposure on the history of the establishment and a short briefing on rules and regulations of the hospital by Mrs. Norfazira Binti Salleh, the assistant senior of management department.

The management department divided my task by working at each unit of management for 12 days as my first placement is at Information Technology Unit (IT).

After the break hour, the supervisor of IT Unit , Mrs. Amilia Binti Abu Bakar was told me to go through the official website and facebook of the hospital to get a basic idea on implementation of IT Unit.

So, I had identified some ideas by the work flow such as uploading latest updates or news regarding the hospital's activities or current health in the social media.

On the second day, I was given a job for searching latest issues regarding health, ICT and science to update in the hospital's website.

The information technology officer, Mrs. Norliana taught me one how to search latest issues or news by referring other hospitals' website.

I had search some trendy issues in Malaysia such as Dengue Fever, Smoking, Desktop Security and many more.

After done searching, i made all the details as an article to post in the hospital's website.

We need to aware public on their health and safety by mirroring the latest issues in the country.

I had done the news searching job for the whole day.

It was my third day of my internship. Before the break hour i had continued my job on searching the current issues in Malaysia regarding term of Science.

Based on that there some important issues are trending in Malaysia especially Non Oncological Medicationa Can Kill Cancer Cells.

After lunch hour, i had given a job on searching new website designs and comparing the details pattern of website with other hospitals.

So, i had compared the Kulim Hospital's website with Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah's website to get some ideas on designing and modifying the current website of the hospital.

After get into work, I compiled all the articles regarding Science issues to to post at hospital's website.

After break time, I delete all the old issues and upload all the latest articles regarding Science issues.

It was Thursday and was a half day work from 8am to 3.30pm.

I just continued my job of uploading the articles in hospital's website.

It was second week of being at IT Unit.

I was given a job on update the latest facilities of Kulim Hospital.

So that, I referred the Facebook page to get details regarding the new facilities.

There are some latest facilities in Kulim Hospital such as new parking area, book project shelves, donations for worship things and so on.

After collect all the details,i made a point form notes regarding the new facilities ti upload in the official website of Kulim Hospital.

On this day, an Orientation Program for all internship students at hospital's Health Research Unit.

The hospital's Occupational Safety & Health Unit gave a talk on safety and health in hospital.

For instance, they had taught us the Standardised Color Codes which are using in hospital for an emergency and the assemble point for each department in case there is any fire in hospital.

After lunch hours, i did the Annual Meeting tables for the year of 2020.

There are 64 meeting will be held in the year according to the months.

Here, we have to classified the programmes according to the months to avoid the clashes on the time.

Finally, I have completed my two weeks of internship at IT Unit with full of satisfaction and I have learnt a lot throughout my work experience here.

I was given a job on arranging Financial Voucher Reports of Kulim Hospital from January to February. I arranged the invoices based on the documentation numbers which were from 401 to 800.

After that, I was told to do filing the Invoice Reports November 2019 to December 2019.

After break hours, Mrs.Zainab taught me on how to arrange and cop the Overtime Allowance Claim Form for the month of February.

I followed the instructions to make sure the cop task should be done correctly.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a systematic maintenance, improvement and broadening of knowledge, understanding and skills, and the development of personal qualities necessary for the execution of professional duties throughout the individual's working life.

After break hours, I continued doing the updating task until end.

So, I photocopy all of her punch card from January to December 2019.

Finally, I finished my internship at Management Unit of Hospital Kulim with full of satisfaction and I have learnt a lot throughout my work experience here.
