I saw how she seamlessly adjusted her lesson plans based on how her students were doing. After her lesson was completed I followed up with her to get more detailed information on how she used the elements in the learning map and how she made modifications for some of her students.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Our task was to develop a lesson plan (in the planning stage) that would be a follow up to the lesson that we observed. My lesson plan used the elements learned in the compare/contrast lesson and had students create their own charts using topics they are more familiar with. They were also to write paragraphs based on their findings. I incorporated the Learning Map as well as modifications in line with the UDLs. (TPE 1.4, 1.7, 3.2, 3.4, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, &amp; 5.1)</div>]]></description>
