Yeah like when I said I was a girl once people have asked why I'm not wearing skirts and bracelets and necklaces etc. and I just kind of sat there and think about how much I don't like dresses. Yeah, people keep seeing me as a girl so when I get asked what my favorite color is and I say blue, I have met people who have told me "You should like pink instead" and it's just like no <3 and it's the same with me not liking dresses, being constantly told I should like and wear dresses, wear and like "feminine" things though thankfully my mom let me pick what I wanted when I was younger (FYI, I may not like dresses but I love skirts idk why-) but it didn't feel good at all, it was like I was being shoved into a small, tight box that I couldn't fit in tbh

I hate how people assume my gender based on the length of my hair, how i dress, or even how i act. for example, while i was trying to use the bathroom the other week, someone assumed that i was a male and said, "hey, dude... thats the girls bathroom" which i'm totally fine with, i mean i really don't care. I identify as a female and male, but it really shows how so many people view you differently just because of your appearance.

yes when I was younger my parents color coded me and my sister based on what they thought my fav color was (pink) but I like black
