         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The initial euphoria lasts about 5-30 minutes. After that, an intense depression will take its place, and it can last for days.<br>2. People always want the initial euphoria you get from it, so they keep consuming it to get that euphoria, leading to dependency and addiction.<br>3. Cocaine has a dangerous effect on the brain. The overwhelmed dopamine receptors change and no longer respond the same to things like produce natural good feelings, like food.<br>4. As a person continues to use cocaine, they find they need more to feel the same high. This means tolerance has developed and puts them at physical and psychological risk.<br>5. Cardiac arrest is often the cause of cocaine-related death. <br>6. Men are more likely to use cocaine than women, though the gap is closing.<br>7. Here are some signs to watch for if you suspect cocaine usage: dilated pupils, eyes sensitive to light, nosebleeds, burned lips or fingers, track marks (injection site), high energy, excited, overly confident, decreased appetite, and unusual sleep patterns.<br>8. The main causes that contribute to cocaine use are genetics, physical causes, and environmental factors.<br>9. Withdrawal must take place with medical supervision so the effects can be treated properly and so the person can be made to feel as comfortable as possible.<br>10.
