AVM arranged that someone from the hotel administration will come and pick you up. They will have "DIGAS/ AVM" logo with them. Please have cash with you - it's 15 euros per car. Keep the receipt with you, it should be covered with DIGAS travel money. 

Taxi: In case of flight delay or other unforeseen matters it is possible to call Smart taxi Vilnius (+370 520 00 820) and to ask to pick you up from the bus stop in front of airport. Just you have to remember the number of the taxi coming to pick you up - the number will be written on the car's door. Cost of the taxi is about 5-7 euros.

Place of the venue: Please see the map how to get from the hotel to the Spring School venue (Pylimo 41A, Vilnius) below, but it's only 5 min walk. You can take red road or green road (see the map).

Hotel: Reservation of the hotel (City Hotels Rūdininkai) is already confirmed and payed by AVM. No one of the participants has to pay for accommodation.

Arrival from 2 p.m., departure before 12 a.m.

Computers: In the premises there is one computer class with 24 computers and small library with 6 computers. You are welcome to take your laptops with you. There will be wifi connection in the premises.

Work during Spring School will be organised in 5 groups of participants (except evaluator).
