In my opinion, mobile phone help student  through their tons of applications that is useful for learning language. For example, google translate help student not only to learn english but also hundred of languages from all country around the world. The major problems is, student usually do not look up for this application that can help them to boost their language skills. Maybe , this type of applications are not very popular and not on the top search both in appstore and play store. Furthermore, mobile phone also can be use to communicate with people which also help students to interact more and practice their language skills. Some students are shy to speak in front of crowd, so mobile phone is an alternative way to practice their language skills because its not require them to speak. The problem is , student usually do not use their second or third language in their conversation in mobile phone. They usually use language that they very comfortable with. For me , this is a waste of opportunity. Student also spend a lot time using their mobile phone to play games. We may look playing games is a bad thing but from games also we also can practice our reading and understanding by reading and understand the instruction or rules to win a particular games. In conclusion, mobile phone is a major helps to improve our language skills since there a lot can be done with a single mobile phone. is language learning that help or throw a mobile device. in my opinion, mobile device that powered by ios or android provide so many apps that can help student to translate from their mother language to language that their need. This app can help students translate language very fast and easy without need to check page by page from dictionary. But students do not use this opportunity from this app and choose to use their mobile phone for social media and surfing internet.Next, by using one of this  app also can get a correct or exact pronunciation for the language and type of accent from other country. This feature is useless if student did not have one of this app in phone. Students now day love to play game rather then study using their phone because their thing that learning language just at school or class. They 100 percent depend on lecturer or teacher at class. Lastly, student think language learning just can be do in class and school so this app become not necessary for them to install this app in their phone. In my opinion, mobile assisted language learning does not need for learners to sit in a classroom or at a computer to get learning materials. This language learning can be considered an ideal solution to language learning barriers in terms of time and place. So, mobile assisted can be any type of language learning using portable devices. With this language learning, students will be able to access language learning materials and to communicate with theirs teachers and peers at any time and anywhere. However, the issues of the problems for mobile assisted language learning is when some students don't have a mobile phone to learnt something in using the technologies. Although, it cost a lot of money to buy mobile phone that could be difficult for students to learnt language learning if they don't have their phone. Besides that, the students that have a mobile phone always want to play games, social media and not learning that are more important or useful to them. Then, they are not provided or does not know on the application that could help them improve their skills on learning language. For me,They can learnt language learning from any application such as class room, google translate, open learning, edmodo and others application. Hence, if students learnt this language learning , it can provide and improve our skills on listening, writing, grammar, pronunciation and communication. In conclusion, mobile assisted language learning helps a lot to students if they know how to used it and improve their skills. Through the use of the phones, students are learning fundamental components of conversational English. The use of mobile in learning is called as Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL). There are many advantages and disadvantages to MALL. One of the most obvious advantages of MALL approaches is the mobility. Students can study anytime and anywhere since they normally keep their cellphones with them. Another advantage is that cellphones and the apps that they use are often cheaper than computers. MALL can also encourage collaborative learning. This is often done by using social medias such as twitter, facebook, and Youtube. Through social media, students can develop language skills together. The disadvantage of using mobile phone in learning is lower thinking level of students because they copy all the works from any websites. Some concern exists about the distraction caused by the use of mobile devices. Student may spend time texting, surfing websites or chatting online with their friends. Sometimes, some technical problems may arise during class such as connection failures and individual students having problems with the hardware require the instructor to troubleshoot the issue as well as instructing individual students on how to resolve problem. Some of the students may not know how to use the applications or softwares that used by the instructors.
