- Collaboration: it is important to be able to collaborate with others in high school to prepare yourself for work situations where you will have to work in groups.
- Critical Thinking: Being able to make a judgement or decision quickly is important to save time. This is important because you may not have a lot of time to make decisions but you have to quickly make the most logical one. 
- Communication: you need to be able to communicate with others to get things done and be successful. 
- Skills I have
- Creativity: I like to create new things artistically and I come up with many new ideas. 
- Social Skills: I'm good at talking to others and getting along with people. 
- Flexibility: I am open to new situations and go with the flow rather than getting stressed when something doesn't go the right way. 
- Skills I need to work on 
- Cross Cultural Skills: I want to explore new cultures so I can communicate with other people and understand where they come from and how other places in the world work. It is important to be able to do this in the work world and regular situations so you aren't culturally offensive. 
- Problem Solving: I need to get better at making decisions quicker because although I make the right decision ,out of the time I take a very long time doing it. 
- Technology Literacy: I do not know much about technology other than social media and I think it would be helpful to know how to use it properly and fix it so I don't get frustrated and so I can help other people.
