Toddlers start to learn how to control their emotions and are able to read both positive and negative non-verbal feedback. Pre-schoolers are able to predict how well they might do a task. They tend to trust information from people who have given them accurate information in past and therefore feedback to pre-schoolers needs to be constructive and accurate. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Verbal communication can build on an infants starting communication skills. Babies learn how adults respond to their actions. Toddlers are proven to be increasingly sensitive to how adults respond to their actions. Adult encouragement supports Toddler's needs to explore. It's important for adults not to overuse praise in pre-schoolers as this can be an off putting experience for them. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over-using praise has been proven to sometimes be negative as children get too used to it and they tend to look for praise from others instead of wanting to do something for themselves. When it's not constant they may also feel like they're not good enough. When praise is too general children might lose the ability to judge for themselves. </div>]]></description>
