Look at the curriculum and programme documents...

Identify the skill sets that you need to develop....

Identify the action verbs/command terms that you need to develop....

Map them with Bloom's taxonomy

Identify a unit from a subject area in the team that you are planning.

Think of the skills, action verbs and the levels in the Bloom's Taxonomy that you intend to develop.

List them as your goals and identify the process that you would normaly take

Frame a unit end summative or an ongoing formative assessment that you would use to gauge the achievements of the goals above

Revisit the assessment made before and the goal and process framed.

Use the SAMR template for planning given here and form the goal,process,technology and communication.

Connect the same to a revised assessment planning and use the SAMR Unit Evaluation sheet to evaluate the stages
