Technically, the picture depicts women’s importance in sustainability of the agricultural sector. For years, women have been showing utmost care in agricultural activities which is quite inherent. This inherent skill has to be promoted with significant progression in giving proper recognition to their work with due respect in interests of special schemes and subsidies by the government.

The adequacy of water is evident in the picture where one can see the level of water to the women’s ankle and above to a limit.
