Treatment depends on your food disorder, but there are three main forms of how to get treated.
Psychological Therapy: This helps normalize eating patterns, develops problem solving skills, and improves mood and relationships
Nutrition Education: Helps one achieve a healthy weight, understand how the body is affected by nutrition, and provides steps to avoid dieting/binging to remain healthy.
Medication: Medication can NOT cure eating disorders. They are most effective when combined with psychological therapy. These medications are often anti-depressants to avoid cases of depressed or unnecessary eating, usually because of a problem going on in ones life.
