It is true that there are so many great leaders in different area in the global world nowadays, and all of them has the ability to lead their followers and supporters to a correct direction. In my opinion, my visions of a leadership are having a good courage in facing problems and willing to serve with their people. These two components play an important role for everyone who wants to become an outstanding leadership in the future.

Leadership Goal 1: Develop to lead with courage

First of all, my first leadership goal is to develop my leadership skills with courage. It is true that people are not going to be succeeded if they cannot take out their courage to step out. According to (Daft, 2018) discussed that "When people go beyond their their comfort zone, they encounter an internal "wall of fear". (p. 183)". In my own opinion, I think the leader with more courage can also unleash their potential in different area, and people who stands in their original stage will not get the chance to know deeper for their ability and responsibility. On the other hand, I think the leader with more courage can also bring up more positive energy to their followers in a bid to create a better atmosphere for their people, and it is really helpful for their followers to share their point of view in a bid to enhance the group participation.

Leadership Goal 2: Develop servant leadership style

On the other hand, my second leadership goal is going to develop servant leadership style. There is no serious doubt that leaders are not just confined at controlling and leading the people in a right direction, they also have the responsibility to collaborate and work very closely with their followers in order to know more about their needs and demand. As (Daft, 2018) mentioned that a servant leader was willing to develop their own interest to help the others to grow and gain more during the process (p. 178). It is true that being a servant leader can gain people's trust through the process, it is also a good way to learn from your followers because there are always something that you can learn from the others, and the followers are willing to provide some useful feedbacks to you in order to help a leader to grow in the future.

Action Plan

In order to achieve the leadership goals that I set for myself, there are two action plan that I am going to do in the future, Firstly, I will try to think outside the box and learn from the mistake. I realise that it is important for me to have the courage to embrace a positive attitude from a mistake in stead of turning a blind eye and just ignore the problem. I think it is useful for me to learn how to avoid this problem that happen again. Once I know how to figure it out, and it will become my asset in the future and benefit my career. Secondly, I will take more initiative to help and talk more with my teammates. During these processes, I can understand where should I improve in a bid to become a better leader, and it is also a good way to gain people's trust and credit from the group.

To conclude, become a good leader is not a easy mission for everyone in the world, and there is still a lot of things that we need to know in the future. Courage and servant leadership are always the most important core values of a successful leader, and it will be a win-win approach for me and my followers if we stay close with these two leadership components.

Example for courage: Harry Potter

Everyone knows the movie series of Harry Potter. In my opinion, I think Harry Potter is not just a movie that talks about the magic world, it also contains some leadership characteristic that we can learn from. As (Bridges, 2018) mentioned that Neville risked his friendship with Harry and his friends in a bid to save the points for Gryffindor, and his action helped the house to win the final prize (para, 2). It shows that people can make a huge positive change at the end if they can stand out and have a courage to speak up.

Example for servant leadership: Brendan Rodgers

Brendan Rodgers is the manager of the Leicester City Football Club in England, and he is one of the managers that can demonstrate the role of servant leader in the football world. When he was the manager of Liverpool FC, he was not just seating in his office but he put a lot of effort in serving and understanding each player in the team. As (Evje, n.d.) reported that Brendan put a lot of effort on building relation with different players and willing to provide support and help them to understand his strategy. It shows that Brendan Rodgers is not controlling the players but also spend times to understand and learn with them.
