Because him and his buddies felt that, the way they have been taught traditionally about being a man, and about being masculine has had an affect on their mental and physical health. that is when they had an idea about creating a 10 week after school program, as well as workshops to help shape young men, men, and boys in grade 7-8 to be better men. \
