Have you ever met Praks with her bright blue hair?
On her first day in the office everyone did stare.
They marvelled at who this girl could be,
Has she done the Fellowship, is she really going to be this free?

So she sat in the corner in the cool kids area,
With unwavering focus on the task at hand, she ignored all the hysteria.
Day by day, we watched her grow,
Allocations, operations and applicant placement, there is nothing she did not know.

We are so grateful to have had her on this journey to ed equity
She is fierce, committed and and thoughtful - that is her identity
May the next leg of your journey be equally fulfilling
Hopefully our paths will cross again if all the stars are aligned and willing

Hii Praks!!
I'm starting this message in the same manner in which I have every other one in the past year, while having you patiently on the other side responding to and clarifying every little doubt in my head. I've truly enjoyed selecting this year and a lot of the credit for it has to go to YOU! you truly make everything seamless in the process and have been my saving grace in so many ways. thanks for all the trust you placed in me and all the ways in which you nudged me to do and be better <3

when one of my Fellows got selected to take up this role after you, all i said to her was - You have big shoes to fill! And i really believe that because that's the kind of person you are - putting your heart into everything you do and ensuring you have everybody's back in the process.
I'm so excited for whatever you choose to do here on out. i wish you so much love and luck for the journey ahead!

Hey Prakriti! Wishing you the best of luck for your future, you’ll be as amazing at MBA school as you were at TFI. They say the only way to learn excel is through pain and suffering but they probably don’t have a Prakriti in their workplace who teaches them vlookup at odd times :P

Other than gorgeous blue hair and the ability to somehow win every game, you're also a gem of a person. How does it feel like to carry the burden of being the coolest person in every room? :P

It's not just excellence in work that you bring with you but also care for everyone. My memory of working with you will continue to be a warm, fuzzy feeling mixed with a lot of fun.

I know we haven't worked together as much after you have joined staff but all my interactions with you have been extremely pleasant and the things I have heard about you from my colleagues have also been fantastic. I hope you are able to continue working in the sector for many years to come. it was so good to be back in touch with you after 2019.. I appreciate the support that I got from you during the entire selection process and making it smooth for me. Thank you so much for your patience with each of my record and helping me understand rhe finer nuances of the rubrics. Being extremely open for the critical questions that I had asked and being calm with my goof ups! I wish you all the best for your next endeavor. Upward and onward from here..
