Moreover I feel embarrassed to talk to someone in another language but when I went to England I had talked a lot to improve my english and to learn new words. The big is that when i speak in english I think the sentence in italian and this make me mistake and the i speak slowly and not fluidly.

I don't talking with native people because I feel embarrassed instead i prefer speaking people at the same level of mine because it's easier for me

In my opinion mind maps are more useful than concept maps because i can create a  speech  easier and also because i know all the word because i have written them before. Both are useful to study and to remember something which can be complicated.

2. Fluency:

To improve fluency i have to speak in english more that i do indeed talking english only during English lessons isn't enough and probably watch films in english. Moreover i have to think the sentences in english but it's difficult because my first language is italian. 

3. None verbal communication:

when i talk to someone i use different tones of voice and i try to have eye contact with him to be more serious the i use some gestures which help me to explain e i have a good posture.

The thing I liked most was the fantastic view from Superga during the day but also by night because I went there also in the evening.
