Kelompok 2 ; Why vaccines are very important during the pandemic of Covid 19?

Vaccines are biological products that contain antigens which, when given to a person, cause active specific immunity against certain diseases. Vaccines have become better known over the years because they can prevent infectious diseases. Due in part to the many health problems facing the world today, the administration of vaccines to stimulate the immune system is becoming increasingly important. Personally, I think that vaccines are very important for several reasons.

The purpose and benefits of vaccines, the first is vaccination of covid-19 does not make us one hundred percent immune to the virus, but vaccination can reduce the impact if there is a transmission. Second, the function of vaccines is not just to break the chain of disease transmission or to stop an epidemic that has already occurred. but also to stop the spread of the virus in the long term. Third, by taking this step, we can reduce the rate of Covid-19 infection, break the chain, and protect the next generation from the long-suffering of infection with this disease. Lastly, those who had been infected previously and then received the Covid-19 vaccine were found to have better natural immunity. Therefore, to reduce the current death rate, vaccines are one of the most effective efforts to overcome the ongoing covid pandemic.

From the reasons above, we can conclude that vaccines are very important and effective efforts to reduce Covid-19.

COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned

COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned. As we know, the number of people infected with the covid virus is still increasing in our country. According covid19.go.id the total number of Covid 19 cases in Indonesia touched 4.23 million, but some people still ignore the health protocol by not wearing mask and keeping their distance.

First of all, the government should promote regulations for wearing masks and keeping their distance. if it doesn't work, the government must impose severe sanctions. So far, violators of health protocols have only been fined with money, it should be added with social work penalties so that violators can be deterred, and social work will have a more positive impact on the environment. the violators will continue to ignore the health protocol suggested by the government, if they aren’t severely sanctioned. By being sanctioned, they will feel deterred and ashamed so that in the future they will obey the rules given.

Second, by sanctioning the violators, they will understand responsibility. Not only does it prevent us from being infected by the virus, but adhering to health protocols also keep others safe. We may not feel infected, but at least we prevent bad things by continuing to keep distance and wearing masks. That way, we will fulfill our responsibilities to ourselves and others.

Lastly, giving sanctions to the violators will make them more aware of the danger of COVID-19. It is said that WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, which means that this virus is very dangerous, so it is best to continue to maintain health and avoid COVID-19.

Therefore, the health protocol violators should be sanctioned because of the reasons given above.

Education experts argue that juvenile delinquency is carried out by someone who feels that he is an adult but is in fact still a child and aged 13-18 years.

Juvenile delinquency can be in the form of brawls, smoking, using drugs, and free sex. The adolescent age that has been mentioned previously is the age for someone to find their identity and is still not stable so that they have not been able to distinguish between good and bad. At that age a person should grow up accompanied by a good and appropriate education and also accompanied by parents in undergoing their teenage years.

Adolescent development must be directed in a positive direction accompanied by parents and positive education as well. By doing this, the problem of juvenile delinquency will be resolved little by little.

Second, be selective in choosing friends. Third, be selective in choosing food and drinks. Fourth, avoid the environment that is not appropriate. Fifth, form small groups that remind each other.
DANGER OF ILLEGAL LOGGING

Indonesia is known as the lungs of the world because of its vast forest area. However, the condition of forests in Indonesia is getting more and more worrying every year. In my opinion, one of the reasons is because of human greed, namely cutting down forests illegally without reforestation for their own interests. These actions can damage the environment and have an impact on the surrounding community. However, why are there still many people who don't care about the trees in the forest, even though they already know the consequences. There are several consequences of illegal logging.
Firstly, soil fertility can decrease or disappear. Soil fertility can decrease or disappear because the soil absorbs direct sunlight. If soil fertility has decreased, the existing nutrients will slowly erode, evaporate and eventually disappear
Secondly, water resources will decrease. Not only nutrients will be lost, water resources can also decrease if forests are cut down illegally. Trees will absorb groundwater, then flow into the leaves and finally the water will evaporate and be released into the atmosphere. If the forest is cut down illegally, then the area immediately turns arid
Thirdly, biodiversity can be extinct. If the forest is cut down illegally, the animals will lose their homes as a result. If this continues, it is feared that the biodiversity in the forest will become extinct
Lastly, causing natural disasters. Illegal logging can affect the occurrence of natural disasters. The soil will be increasingly difficult to hold water so that it can allow floods and landslides to occur. This can threaten the safety of the surrounding community.
From the reasons above, let us protect the trees in the surrounding environment and prevent illegal logging because the future of Indonesia's trees and forests depends on what we do today. Trees can live without humans, but humans cannot survive without them. So, let's raise awareness of environmental issues and defend our country so that it can still hold the title as the lungs of the world.

Group 6:
• Adzhana Dhiva P.
The Importance of Enough Sleep

Sleep is one of the basic needs of humans. Adults need about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Sleep has many benefits to our bodies, but unfortunately most people do not. When we sleep, the brain works to prepare the body for tomorrow. Lack of sleep will make it difficult for us to work, study, work, and communicate with others the next day. In fact, this can cause our potential for serious illnesses as well.

There are many benefits to our bodies when sufficient sleep is involved. First, the body becomes healthier. Less expected bedtime can increase the risk of kidney disease, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, irregular heart rate, elevated stress hormones, and diabetes.

Second, it can add to the mood. Lack of rest and sleep can result in irritability, difficulty concentrating, melancholy, stress, and depression. Idleness can also make us overtired of doing desirable things.

Third, strengthen the immunity of the body. According to studies of 150 people, seven hours of sleep or less than seven hours a day is thought to make our bodies more vulnerable to illness.

Fourth, increase the risk of obesity. A study published in the American journal of nutrition found that a increased sleep span could significantly reduce sugar intake, as much as an ounce [10 grams]. Sleep deprivation, on the other hand, increases the body's desire for more sugar. It can increase our risk of obesity.

From some of these reasons, we can learn that our bodies benefit greatly when they have sufficient sleep. To that end, we do well to start regulating our bedtime and apply it regularly so that we can benefit from it, and our sleep needs are met.

Group 7

• DemuthaNira Isyawara (09)

• Dianita Rika Rosalina (10)
• Nabila Reska Azizah (23)

Trash is stuffs that can't be used anymore. We produce a lot of trash every day. It is true that us unavoidable but having a better way to deal with it is imperative, because all the time, our habit of littering has affected our environment in a horrible way.
Fisrt, trash can harm our health. If your environment doesn't smell nice, you probably have some organic waste, so that contaminate the air and there would be a lot of files come. Then, pile up trash will also invited other unwanted organisms to come which subsequently bring diseases, such as diarrhea and dengue.
Second, non organic waste such as plastic and styrofoam, can also bring negative effect to our environment. In fact, most flood that happen in the urban area is the result of littering this kind of waste. Trash that dumped into river by residents continuously will make the water on the river can not flow, and over time the water will overflows with heavy rains that continue to flush. It will make areas where the land is slope it can caused landslides.
Third, this type of trash also often washed away to the sea. When we litter, we are actually endangering our own safety. For that reason we must keep oue environment clean from the trash.
