         <title>I struggle with finding balance between everything I have to do (promoting books, Chromebooks, meeting with 30+ classes and creating lessons for those classes, collection development, checkout, etc.) and everything I want to do (professional learning, new programs, genre label my books, read more, newsletters for parents and teachers, etc.) It&#39;s a struggle because I feel like I never have the time to fully invest in much to continuously improve our library. </title>
