When technology integration in the classroom is seamless and thoughtful, students not only become more engaged, they begin to take more control over their own learning, too. Effective tech integration changes classroom dynamics, encouraging student-centered project-based learning. Technology integration is a progressive process because teachers need to recognize educational technology and understand that can be used with a specific subject. When they try it, they have to form a favorable attitude to accept it, so that they can prepare different activities with technology and with time, applying different experiences, they improve their use of technology, evaluating the results of their decision and finally integrate it effectively in their classrooms, improving success.

Now as having a pandemic nowadays because of Covid-19 the technology is very important because it can help students by making learning more engaging and collaborative. Rather than memorizing facts, students learn by doing and through critical thinking. Adoption or resistance of technology is a complex process. Teachers need time to change their practices. Sharing experiences is one of the best ways to promote new teaching methodologies and therefore the effective integration of technology in classrooms, with involved students.

As the time goes by, they decided to continue the classes but not in the traditional way which is the face-to-face classes. They implemented the massive use of online classes in order to continue the classes amidst the pandemic situation. As we are in the generation where technology is rampant and widely use, there are applications that was also sprouted. Fortunately, there are plenty of educational application platform that they can use, one of which is the PADLET, that we are using now. With the use of this application, we can discuss the lessons like in the classroom. We can express our own thoughts by posting it here. We can't worry about not being recognize like in the classroom because the teacher can browse each of the students' comment. Unlike the physical learning in classroom where the teachers could choose who to answer and the other students would be left behind. Also, by using padlet, not just the students could express their thoughts but also the teachers could explain the lessons clearly and easily.
