School is one of my main stressors that make me stressed. Before 7th grade, school used to be super enjoyable and fun because my teachers did not give me and my classmates a lot of homework or classwork to complete. Today, (7th grade) school isn't that fun because teachers are more strict, give tons of work most of the time, and they expect a lot from students.

I do sports, and I enjoy it! Its a fun and exiting way to get exercise and stay fit. But there are some things I don't really enjoy while participating in sports. Some examples of these things are losing, when people brag in my face that they are better, and more. I always try to ignore these things when they happen, but sometimes I cant help but immediately retaliate by insulting them or getting a little bit physical (Fighting or other)

Hanging out with friends and making new ones is a very healthy way to have a good social life. I have many friends that I have made. Some of them go all the way back to 1st grade! But that's not my stress. My stress is about ending friendships and having enemies. Examples of this are being in a friend group that you really love but then something happens that ruptures it and causes you, someone or everyone in it to leave. This is something that happened to me in 6th grade sadly. I was part of this friend group and we all were good friends and there was this person that I really liked and we got close. But one day (not saying why) they left the group (including me). I thought about what I have done wrong and what I could have done to change these courses of events. But in the end I got over it.

If you didn't know, I have small OCD. The things I obsess over are being neat, organized, clean, and more. These things don't really have a huge impact on my life, but sometimes, it can get a little interfering. For example, being clean, I usually take pretty long showers ranging from 10 - 20 minutes. That might not seem long, but my mom does not like me wasting water. the reason for these long showers is because I always feel like if I don't wash my hair enough, I might get dandruff. Another example is staying organized, every week or so, I look around my room to see if anything is out of place or needs cleaning up. Again, this is not that serious, but I always think that there is something wrong with my room, like as if it is not clean enough. These examples of OCD sometimes stress me out because I think everything has to be perfect.

I have divorced parents and I need to go to different sides every couple of days. For example, some days, I go with my dad and then I switch to my mom and so on. This can stress me out sometimes because when I need to go to school when I'm with my dad, I have to wake up really early sometimes because he has to go to work early. Another example is going to sports. I go to sports late (6-7 or 7-8 PM) and when my dad picks me up, we have to do a 45 minute drive to his house. This stresses me out because when I get home, I need to shower, eat, etc. and I would be going to sleep late because of it. This also contributes to waking up early

For example, lets say you tend to cry every time something tragic happens like loosing a loved one or, failing a test. Instead of crying, you can watch something funny like a comedy to stop you from crying so much.

My hero is my mom. My mom always looks out for me and takes care of me. She always is with me when I am feeling down, and she is the solution to most of my problems. My mom is always trying so hard to make me happy and have a good life. If I were in my mom's shoes, I think it would be very difficult. The reason for this is because she always needs to clean, take care of kids, and go to work. My mom is a kindergarten teacher so she not only has to deal with her own kids, but other crazy children at her job. She also has to cook food and sometimes do work on her computer at home. All in all, I think it would be very hard to be in my hero's shoes, My mom's.
