According to researches, the learning process in childhood is totally vital for mental development in a human being. In addition, the best age to get and improve skills is from two to five years old, not only because the child is starting life but also the fact that depending on the progress of each one in this stage, it will be his/her knowledge improvement the rest of their lives. Consequently, many strategies of teaching children have been appreciated by Institutions. Hence, the three most important things that help children to do well at school are communication and knowledge transmission, discipline and didacticism.

First of all, the success of the learning process with students understanding will be guaranteed by the optimum communication and knowledge transmission of teachers. According to Bransford, J. D., Brown, A. L., & Cocking, R. R. (1999), “Students often have limited opportunities to understand or make sense of topics because many curricula have emphasized memory rather than understanding” (p.8). The learners are supposed to make a complete comprehension about what they are learning. In other words, the teacher must be prepared to give a deep and complete education.

Moreover, adopting didactic ways of teaching can promoted a better and faster learning process in the student. According to Lijnse, (1995), education has a didactical structure that is constructed on the processes of teaching and learning. This didactical structure offers many actively ways that children can be taught by doing stimulating activities where these are capable to deal with different problems. Additionally, the children learn not only the educational topic but also feels motivated to learn and be opened to receive education.

Finally, education is more than just transferring information; it includes values and attitudes that must be taken account at the moment of teaching something. As it has been seen, children need some important conditions and aspects to obtain an excellent learning process. With understanding, comprehension, self-discipline and motivation the child can get better basis of knowledge for his life.

Likewise, when children are taught with discipline, they are able to be determined and develop all their abilities to achieve their goals. Furthermore, the fact of receiving discipline helps the child to adopt and promote self-discipline. As Bear, G. G. (2012) said in his book, “The term discipline refers to developing self-discipline developing within students the cognitions, emotions, and behaviors associated with self- control, self-regulation, character, autonomy, and social and moral responsibility” (p.2). In this case, kids would adopt the most appropriate behavior depending on circumstances.
