In life, there is always a positive and negative frequency. Some opinions are correct for those who support it and incorrect for those who think the opposite. Hitler thought he was doing a good thing and maybe he ment well for his country, but we all now that his ambition and madness led him to cause genocide and disasters. Nevertheless, as there is always people that think the oppossite, some of them decided to help the jews in many diferent ways, even though they were risking something more than their own lives. I can`t judge nowadays presidents like Trump or Kim. Their decisions are nonsense in my own perspective but they can be well seen for others. I try to do "the right thing", making sure it includes more positive fragments than negative.

People always choose what they think is the best option in the moment. Nevertheless, we have diverse believes and pasts, for that reason we will have different opinions and answers. Having said that, does not matter the consequences, there will be incessantly people that follow what they believe is correct, because a characteristic of human beings is that we are all stubborns with what we want and I think this is awsome, but just if you have listen others perspective before.

It´s stunning to see how the ones who we see as the "enemy" are the ones who helped before to scape from the previous enemy. It´s funny to see how tables can turn and make us see the worst from people. But we also know that everyone wants to give their best that way they can be the best, which from the point of view from who did it might be doing the good thing but from someone else´s perspective might be the wrong thing to do. Usually our defenitions of good and bad have to do with our cultural, social and family context, it has to do with the past actions that have affected our lives somehow and maybe those actions were not that bad for someone else. Doing the "good things" is a subjetive thing to do,, there will be people who will agree with you but there will also be people who will hate you for doing or thinking in that way, so if you really want to hold on to what you believe you should stay near people who support your "good things" those are the people who are a hundred percent worth it.

Why there's always have to be a battle between good and bad? When there`s not a correct side. Even if its sounds like a TV show drama we have to face that reality. There have been thousands of conflicts around the world, each one always leading us to the misfortunes, selfishness and sorrow. Problems are the begining and we are the the sequel, not the issues, not the world, its just us. When a conflict starts many purposes are in the way. Such as? woww There are too many, even the dumbest brings problems. If the ideas, ideologies or suspicions of one single person are enought, now imagine two or more countries involved.

That was the case of Germany, the idea that the jews were the misfortune of Germany was enought to start the persecution of jews and as i prevously say, other interesting were involved. Germany wanted to become in the first world power and they didnt think about consecuences much less in the world, they just did it.

Within the aftermaths there´s more than millions and million of deaths and there`s always going to prevail hatred. Its true, now we are in the XXI century those issues are from the past but feelings are still present and we made sure those feelings to never go away, The Grand Mosque of Paris is a prove of it. Hundreds of monuments are still carying on memories, histories and feelings, and thats does not mean is sad. I do really believe that those memories are important, when i read about people risking their own life to help total extrangers I always ask my self, what`s on their mind in those moments, obviously they are not thinking about nacionality, religion or even rewards.

I dont know if Si Kaddor Benghabrid the mosque`s rector had to thing twice before decide put his own life and others on risk to help the jews who were total extrangers for him. Those are the moments were I thing; how interesting are humans! always choosing the unexpected decisions. However we must remember that no all humans are like Benghabrit, selfishness its present in each moment, there is people just looking for their own interesting and thats not always bad its also important to think in ourself sometimes, but if that means bring pain to other, things radically change. And what happend in The Grand Mosque of Paris was an act of disinteresting, kindfull and love to your fellow.

The religions or the problems were not involved at the moment of giving aid. Sadly Its not the end there`ll be more conflicts, deads and sorrow and we`ll need more people like them, such as Albert Assouline said; theres always people who can be count on to do the right thing. Even if people thing thats not the correct way, you have to trust on yourself and if for you is correct then just do it, the decisions are yours not others.

A great example is how many people organized to support the areas most in need after the September 19 earthquake, which also teaches us that we must always help without looking at who and much less discriminate, I know that many do, many discredit the origin of people and their language, we should not be like this we must change ourselves to change the world.

i think this Reading really help us to refelct about, how each person its equal to everyone else, no one has the right to make us feel less and having hope in something and someone, its very important to have peace inside us, specially in hard moments like it was in the holocaust. We have to learn to live all together without divisions and all the things that sometimes make people feel bad.We dont have to judge any one by his/her religion or race.

The best representation of life is the "Yin and Yang". Good in the bad, and bad in the good, these go together so at the very end, we will have a perfect balance between everything.
All around the world there are varied cultures, religions, traditions, goverments, fashions, pleasures, but, withour exception, we all have something in common: we´re humans. We are humans with the same values, rights and deserved respect.
It is obvious that ther will be differences, fights and wars (and they´re not evil, or wrong. It is definetely the best option, but at the end -as in everything- we gain learning, and we can develope as an united world (or it is expected that).
Good and bad is subjective, all depends in the background and beliefs of the person.
In this case, talking about WW II, Adolf Hitler had his ideas, his own life, beliefs and his concept of hope for humanity. For him, all those actions were the best option.
Is admirable to think about people that risked their own life just to try to impede the violent soldiers take with them inocent people, with the justification that they had different religion or even skin color.
But... in 2017 we can´t continue complaining, is already in the past, we cannot change the events. Hey, I am not saying that it isn´t important or that we have to let it go, unlike we should know more and more about that historical incident but we have to stop being stuck in that times.
Unfortuntely, in this era, century XXI, we are not really near of complete justice, love, or respect. This is not the end of wars, fights or conflicts, we will always have.
Personally, I think that we can´t trust someone a hundred percet that is doing the good. We are humans, we make mistakes, everyone commit them, there´s not excuse or exception, and they are important for our life and growth as a human, but... it is subjective.
Here, the correct answer is just o believe in yourself and be you. Do whatever you think is the best. (Always keeping in note that we should find a common benefit).

I think this reading is important because we need to know about the past of the Jews and the people that live unfortunately this difficult time. It cannot, and should not, be an event consigned to history. It is therefore important to remember the Holocaust because it is an example of how these trends could evolve into something far more threatening. However, the Holocaust is more than a warning from the past.

"There are always people that For some can be counted on to do rhe right thing"
There are things that make us be different: groups we belong to, diverse ideas, etc. Some of these can even appart us from the rest, they can divide us. For a part of the society, religion is one of those. However, when there is something bigger, that threatens other individual´s existance, we have to act, to stop it. Because this "boundaries" are created by ourselves. I found interesting this reading, as much as I fund loathsome the Nazi acts against Jews, I think this is an amazing example of human kind helping their similars, and a way to restore my faith in hummanity somehow. We can always know when something is nifty or wrong, we feel it, and we are commanded to do the right thing for the one thats surround us, to show respect and to halt those who go against our rights. WW2 is a proof of what we´ve done wrong. So lets prove we aren´t empty inside (we have a heart).
I´m glad I had the oppotunity to read this, it was enriching and has widen my thoughts on the topic.

Mariana Piñón Peralta Let’s take this reading like a learning message and an opportunity to change. We know it was a terrible situation, where a lot of people suffered unfair actions, only for believing in something different than Nazis. We all should know that this fact isn’t a reason to treat people in a bad way, but sadly there is people that still want the world to be like they want to, hurting others physical and emotionally. Like I appointed before, I think we have to take this as a lesson, because maybe we don’t realize but we hurt people with simple actions. Now we know what they feel, so let’s try to stop this bad actions that also took place in the past, and maybe are going to happen in the future. We have to understand that each person has its way to be, to think, to act. We are not allowed to abuse because we all are humans and we have the same rights. I’m astonished and very proud of the Muslims that helped Jews in that terrible situation. They did a super heroic action, helping a lot of people that was being damaged. They left aside themselves and helped people only because they wanted to, no matter what could happen to them. We can apply this in daily life, and I swear that the world will be better.

Yet, it also helps us reflect about how people in life or death situations help each other and get united. The negative thing about this is that when the disasters are over, people start to forget about others and all that love and support disappears and it’s like nothing happened. I think those hard times are the ones in which we have tic understand how we all worth the same

But also is alarming the situation of distribution of power, we need to take a moment to analyze who has power, and why. Because, as we could see in the reading, small decisions provoke huge consequences.

Jews and Muslims were so different in many aspects, but that didn’t stop Muslims to help Jews that were going through difficult times. Even in difficult times, there are still good people that will help you no matter the consequences it has in the later on. I hope that in the future no one has to live an experience like Jews lived, but if that happens, I hope that everyone helps each other in any difficult situation.
