There are also <strong><em>Cognitive Distortions</em></strong>, which makes the individual see everything as a physical threat, causing anxiety to trigger, even if there are no real physical threats at the moment. With <strong><em>Behavioral Theory, </em></strong>it is a learned response through exposure to frightening or stressful situations, mainly associated with PTSD.</div>]]></description>
