Mögliche Antwort:
1.
Begründung: Veränderungen des Organismus und seiner Stoffwechselstörungen (schlechter Medikamentenaufnahme, langsamere Verteilung, durch Niereninsuffizienz schlechtere Ausscheidung der Medikamente usw.)
Konsequenz: Medikamente bleiben länger im Körper, mögliche Folge ist die Kumulation von Medikamenten im Körper (z.B. bei Opioiden oder Schmerzmedikamenten).
Schlussfolgerungen für die Praxis: Dosis der Medikamente muss reduziert werden, Überprüfen der Notwendigkeit eines Medikamentes, Dosis bei Niereninsuffizienz anpassen, langsam ein Medikament einschleichen (Opiaten) und Betroffener gut überwachen um Nebenwirkungen sofort zu erkennen usw.
