Organized governments are crucial to the civilization because without government people would argue. There wouldn't be a set thing to do, not everybody would agree and people would be split. There would be many different groups against each other. Governments have been shown in someway in many cultures in history. In the Egyptian era there were pharaohs who were the leaders and controlled their people.
