Fruit preparation A and B were both opened. They looked identical while opening.
They were both closed and left at room temperature for a week.
Observation :
After a week I can see:
jar A. changes in color, consistency, volume , there are bubbles in all the volume

Writing could be one of them. Tell the student to take notes while explaining a concept, use dictation, write reports, write a text after watching a video, write a summary, properly underline their text books... , will improve both content , thoughts, and language skills in the students. This year I implemented virtual classes where students, with their time but with an end time, have to upload written papers that are also assessed .
