-more bonded so it’s not as awkward to interact with others

-drama talks a lot so it may be hard to listen to information or announcements
-sometimes we are not very motivated to do our best

-MCing and other performance opportunities like VCA engage and SYF which helps us gain more experience and build confidence

-it might be hard to express ourselves through body language and expressions which goes along with what we are delivering verbally in words
