General Comment Re: title of the tool as a "rubric"

If the tool had more of a rubric gradient for each target area under each heading it might show more of a baseline practice to growth in practice range.

I love the rubric idea. Are their tools the coach can use to actually help in each of the categories. For example in the advance coaching sessions there were a variety of tools that were shared to help us develop our questioning skills, to assess our own skill level and the skills of others.

I have also found the activities that allow participants to experience a simulated version of being DB, Blind/VI or Deaf/HoH to be impactful in understanding needs of students. Also, modeling communication in ways other than verbally, is important to understand.
