It's bad because you can get to know alot of bad people in social media they might put a different picture and pretend to act like them but they are a totally different person behind the screen.last point is that social media can also be a good because we can get to know alot of people who will help us and become great friends..

I fell it is load due to it will reduce face to Face interaction and communication skill with people,will effect the health because of excessive screen use students addiction towards social media will cause self absorption.We still can use social media with close guidance from parents or guardian.

So that video shows there are some users is addicted to social media in a wrong way and it could caused a lot of bad things such as being a careless person, being very selfish and people on the internet can be very toxic, so they might put you down or make you feel insecure/uncomfortable by what they want to say or judge.
